Providing Life-Saving Care for At-Risk Patients

In this time of public health crisis, DaVita is taking unprecedented steps to provide seamless, high-quality care for our more than 200,000 patients whose lives depend on dialysis treatment. Our teammates are on the front lines, providing life-sustaining care for these complex, at-risk patients who cannot miss treatments.

We want to thank the more than 50,000 DaVita dialysis nurses, technicians, social workers and other caregivers who are stepping up in extraordinary ways, day and night, to help ensure the safety of our patients and keep them out of the hospital.

Supporting Our Health Care Heroes

Like their fellow Americans, many of our teammates are feeling the impact of the pandemic in their personal lives. We are committed to supporting those who are facing financial, emotional and child care challenges by offering additional pay, extended sick leave benefits, subsidized child care and elder care, and employee assistance for mental and emotional health issues.

“We don't only treat patients physically, but we [care for] them mentally and emotionally. And ... making sure that they know they are safe in our clinics really helps them. It makes me proud that our team has come together.”
